1. Disabled Guests
Unfortunately, as a Georgian Building with lots of stairs and some narrow corridors, No. 64 Boutique Hotel is not suitable for wheel-chair users or people with other severe mobility limitations.

2. Dogs and Pets
We regret we cannot accept pets.

3. Arrival and Departure
Guests may check in between 14.00 – 11.00 pm on the day of arrival, unless arrangements previously made with No. 64. If you intend to arrive back at the hotel late, when you check in you will be handed a key to the back door and a back door code to allow you entry after 11.30pm. Check out is before 11.00 on the day of departure. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge for an additional night. Charges will be at the Hotel’s current room rates which are available on request. Price lists for additional items, such as meals, drinks and room service are available on request. Guests must pay all outstanding charges on departure. If an outstanding balance is not settled on departure, payment will be taken with the card used to pay for the room.

4. Bookings and cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room per night will be charged to secure the booking. Cancellations and amendments for bookings can be cancelled by telephone on 01732 871386/01732 840723 or online. Reservations may be cancelled five days prior to arrival. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation within five days of arrival, 100% of the room rate for the length of the stay will be charged if the room has not been re-sold. No. 64 will make every reasonable attempt to resell any cancelled room in this period, including offering it at a late rate/discount price. If the same rate is not achieved of that offered to you No. 64 retain the right to charge the difference. In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total booking sum to the client’s credit card. For this purpose No. 64 may offset the amount payable for such cancellation, non-arrival or early departure against the client’s credit card without prior notice or approval of the client, where applicable. Please check for group cancellation policy.

5. Payment
Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments, must be made on arrival and any extra expenses settled on departure from No. 64. No. 64 reserve the right to request pre-authorisation of the client’s credit or debit card, or where payment is to be by cash, request the client to place cash up to an amount of 1.5 times the room rate multiplied by the number of nights booked. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. All sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice. Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subject to availability and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking.

6. Group Bookings
Reservations comprising of 3 or more rooms are deemed to be a Group Booking and as such are required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking with the balance payable 7 days prior to the date arrival.

7. Behaviour
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner. The Hotel reserves the right to require the guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or Hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.

8. Discrimination
It is the policy of No. 64 not to discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, creed, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability. Clients, their employees, guests and all sub-contractors engaged by or on behalf of the client are expected to adhere to this policy and No. 64 may, without incurring any liability to the client, remove from No. 64 any person or persons offending against this policy.

9. Statutory requirements
No. 64 is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene and safety. These must be strictly observed by clients, their guests and representatives.

10. Insurance
The clients is recommended to have, and is responsible for, insurance to cover cancellation and curtailment and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

11. Website information
No. 64 cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the details featured in this website without notice. The information contained in this website is provided in good faith. The use of any information from this website is entirely at the risk of the user. No. 64 will not be liable for any costs, losses, expenses or damages (without direct or indirect, special, economic or financial) that may be incurred through the use of any information contained in this website or in any other website linked to this website.

12. Copyright
The content or each page of this website is the property of No. 64. No part of our website may be reproduced displayed or republished in any form without prior consent, except that permission is granted to a user to print or photocopy individual pages from our website, provided that this is for personal use only of the use of No. 64 images from the PR photos page to promote and marketing of No. 64.

13. Smoking
Is strictly prohibited with in the Hotel bedrooms and communal areas. Any breach of this policy will automatically result in a £150.00 minimum charge being made (in respect of cleaning etc.) from the credit or debit card supplied by the guest as security when the booking is made.

Guests shall not enter areas of the hotel which are indicated as being closed to the public. The Hotel shall not be Responsible for death personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered by a guest in such areas. The Hotel shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an act of god, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned. The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of god, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the hotel’s control. For the avoidance of doubt, the hotel does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by the hotel’s negligence. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused to the guest’s vehicle, unless caused by the hotel’s wilful misconduct. Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the hotel and the hotel may claim such sums from debit or credit card details supplied at the time of booking or arrival

These conditions shall be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
